Privacy Policy

The Aversure CRM App (the "App") collects personal data.

Aversure AB ("Aversure"), a limited liability company formed under the laws of Sweden and with its primary business address at Kungsgatan 37, 111 56 Stockholm, Sweden, serves as the controller of personal data on behalf of the Operator of each CRM Server. User accounts are valid for a single CRM Server and the User is informed of the identity of the Operator of the Server when an account is created and assigned to the User.

The App collects various forms of personal data:

  • The email address of each User
  • Usage statistics (including information about the device used to access the service, the IP address, means of access, etc.)
  • Any and all information entered by the User into the App

The data may be freely provided to the App or collected automatically by the App.

The App uses cookies for session tracking and for remembering login preferences.

Processing, storage and retention of the personal data

Personal data collected by the Service may be processed and stored by Aversure and by third parties (on assignment from Aversure) with appropriate measures taken to ensure the security and integrity of the data. The personal data may be processed and stored at Aversure’s primary business location and at other locations.

The personal data is kept for the time necessary to provide the Aversure CRM Service to the user. Users may request Aversure to cancel their user account and to remove personal data by contacting Aversure at privacy@aversure.com.

Changes to the policy

Aversure reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time. Continued use of the Aversure CRM Service indicates acceptance of any such modifications. Should a user not consent to the updated policy the user has the right to remove its account and all personal data.
